On July 10th, after 19 years of downtime, the cable car was officially re-opened by the Croatian Prime Minister and Adria-Events was chosen as the official ground handler for this prestigious grand opening event.
The cable car will be going from the old city walls to the top of 405m high Mt Srdj, crossing a distance of 750 m in 3.5 minutes. The capacity of each cabin is 30 pax and it is constructed according the highest world standards. At the top, there is a small restaurant and an amphitheatre which can be used for special events. This is definitely a huge enrichment to all of the existing programmes that Dubrovnik has to offer and Adria-Events is excited to add it to its current portfolio of offerings.
